摘  要:目的评估准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK)治疗远视眼的远期疗效和稳定性。方法对32例(55眼)远视患者进行LASIK治疗,随访5年。其术前平均等效球镜值为+4.26D(+0.75~+6.50D)。结果术前+0.75~+3.00D组和+3.25~+6.50D组术后5年其平均等效球镜值≤1.00D分别占85.5%和72.5%。术后1年至54个月,所有术眼平均都存在远视增移+0.51D(+0.25~+2.00D),术后5年,其等效球镜值≥+0.50D者为50.9%,≥+1.00D者占16.4%。远视增移在40岁年龄组为+0.61D(0~+1.10D),41~55岁年龄组为+0.45D(-1.20~+1.30D)。结论LASIK治疗中低度远视是有效的,在5年的随访中,患眼始终存在屈光回退,其回退的程度大于年龄相关性远视的增移。LASIK治疗远视的长期稳定性尚不能确定。Objective To assess the long-term efficacy and stability of (laser in situ keratomileusis,LASIK) for hyperopia.Methods Patients whose mean preoperative spherical equivalent was +4.26 D (+0.75~+6.50 D) and had been treated with LASIK for hyperopia (32 individuals, 55 eyes) participated in a 5-year follow-up study after surgery.Results At the end of the 5-year period, for treatments between +0.75 to +3.00 D, 85.5% of eyes were within ±1.00 D of the intended correction, and for treatments between +3.25 to +6.5D,72.5% of eyes were within ±1.00D of the intermed correction. From 1 to 54 months after surgery, there was a hyperopic shift of +0.51 D ( + 0.25 ~ + 2.00 D) in all patients, with 50.9% of eyes experiencing an increase of + 0.50 D or more and 16.4% of eyes showing a hyperopic shift of more than + 1.00 D. This hyperopic shift was +0.61D (0~ + 1.10 D) for patients younger than 40 years of age and +0.45 D ( - 1.20 ~ + 1.30 D) for patients between 41 and 55 years of age.Conclusion LASIK was moderately effective for the correction of low degrees of hyperopia. However, regression occurred throughout the 5-year follow-up period and this regression was greater than would be expected as a resuit of aging. Therefore, long-term stability of hyperopic LASIK refractive corrections is uncertain.
