摘 要:目的了解兔眼角膜的解剖学特征,为眼的动物实验提供参考数据。方法对46只新西兰白兔的92只眼角膜行Orbscan-Ⅱ检测,并分析各项检查参数。结果兔眼的平均角膜直径为(11.72±0.65)mm;平均角膜中央厚度为(391.91±21.78)μm,角膜最薄点厚度平均为(371.57±22.27)μm;兔眼的平均前房深度为(2.41±0.29)mm;兔眼角膜3mm光学区的平均屈光力为(46.53±2.02)D,5mm光学区的平均屈光力为(46.16±1.88)D;兔眼角膜前后表面高度图按形状可分为中央岛、不完全桥、规则桥、不规则桥及未分类型;兔眼Kappa角为(6.59±3.26)°。结论兔眼的上述测量参数多与人眼接近,但角膜厚度比人眼薄,角膜屈光力大于人眼,可作为眼表疾病和部分角膜屈光手术的实验动物。Objective To investigate the anatomic characters of the rabbit corneas and offer some parameters for animal study. Methods The diameter, anterior and posterior surface morphology, thickness and dioptor statues of cornea were measured in 92 eyes of 46 New Zealand white rabbits by Orbscan- Ⅱ . The mean values of the parameters from the left and right eyes were analyzed and compared. Results The parameters measured by Orbscan-Ⅱ were follows: mean diameter of rabbit cornea( 11.72 ± 0. 65 ) mm; the thickness of mean central cornea ( 391.91 ± 21.78 ) μm; the thinnest zone of rabbits cornea (371.57 ± 22.28) μm, and the mean anterior chamber depth ( 2. 41 ± 0.29 ) mm; the dioptric power at 3 mm optical area of cornea (46.53 ± 2.02) D, and that of 5 mm optical area (46. 16 ± 1.88 ) D. Shapes of anterior and posterior surface altigraphs of cornea were clarified as central island type, mis-classification bridge type, regular bridge type, irregular bridge and unclassified type. The Kappa angle of cornea was (6. 59 ± 3.26) degree. No statistically significant difference was found in parameters above measured between the left and right eyes. Conclusion The cornea diameter, anterior chamber depth, anterior and posterior surface altitudinal graphs,refraction statues and Kappa angle in the rabbits show a similar value to those of human,but the rabbit central cornea is thinner than that of human. The corneal refractive power is larger than human eyes. These results suggest that rabbit is an ideal experimental animal for the research of ocular surface disease.
