胆管癌组织中层粘连蛋白及67KDa层粘连蛋白受体的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨层粘连蛋白及67KDa层粘连蛋白受体的表达与胆管癌临床病理学行为的关系。方法应用S-P免疫组化法对52例人胆管癌组织中层粘连蛋白及67KDa层粘连蛋白受体的表达水平进行研究。结果层粘连蛋白及67KDa层粘连蛋白受体的高表达与胆管癌淋巴结转移呈明显相关,层粘连蛋白及67KDa层粘连蛋白受体阳性肿瘤淋巴结转移率(83%,55%)明显高于层粘连蛋白及67KDa层粘连蛋白受体阴性肿瘤(15%,20%,P<0.05),且层粘连蛋白及67KDa层粘连蛋白受体的表达与胆管癌组织学类型、分化程度亦存在明显相关(P<0.05)。结论层粘连蛋白及67KDa层粘连蛋白受体的表达在胆管癌淋巴结转移中起协同作用。Objective To study the correlation of the expression of laminin and 67KDa laminin receptor with the biologic behavior and lymph node metastasis of cholangiocarcinomas. Methods By using S-P immunohistochemical methods. Results The positive expression rates of laminin and 67KDa laminin receptor in 52 cases of cholangiocarcinoma were 38% and 42%, respectively. There were significant differences of laminin and 67KDa laminin receptor （P〈0.05） among different histopathological types and degrees of differentiation. The metastatic rate of tumur stained positively for laminin and 67KDa laminin receptor was higher than in that with negative laminin and 67KDa laminin receptor staining （P〈0.05）. The contributions of laminin and 67KDa laminin receptor overexpression to the lymph node metastasis were a joint action. Conclusion It is suggested that the play significant role in lymph node metastasis of expression of laminin and 67KDa laminin receptor might cholangiocarcinoma.
