姜油树脂抗皮肤癣菌活性研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究姜油树脂对4种常见皮肤癣菌的体外抗真菌活性。[方法]采用美国临床实验室标准化委员会（NCCLS）,产孢丝状真菌抗真菌药物敏感试验方案（M38-A方案）,微量稀释法测定常见皮肤癣菌的抑菌实验研究及最低抑菌浓度MIC。[结果]姜油树脂对皮肤癣菌的总体M IC值为0.0002%-0.0032%;对红色毛癣菌、须癣毛癣菌、犬小孢子菌、絮状表皮癣菌的M IC值分别为0.0002%-0.0008%、0.0008%-0.0032%、0.0002%-0.0016%及0.0004%-0.0008%。[结论]姜油树脂具有很好的抑菌效果。[ Objective ] To study the antifungal effect in vitro of ginger oleoresin. [ Methods ] The minimum inhibitory concentration （MIC） of ginger oleoresin for normal dermatophyte were performed by reference method of National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standard （NCCLS）. [ Results ] The general MIC of ginger oleoresin for dermatophytes was 0.0002% - 0.0032% , and MICs to Trichophyton rubrum, T. mentagrophytes, Microsporum canis and Epidermophyton floccosum were 0. 0002% - 0. 0008%, 0. 0008% - 0. 0032% ,0.0002%- 0. 0016% and 0.0004% - 0. 0008% respectively. [ Conclusion] The ginger oleoresin is effective antidermatophyte drug.
