摘　　要：[目的]探讨煤矿井下爆炸性眼外伤的治疗方法。[方法]通过对116例(188眼)眼外伤受伤部位及受伤程度不同采取相应的处理方法:眼睑皮肤裂伤行清创缝合;浅表结角膜异物冲洗取出;前房出血行静卧及药物联合治疗;角巩膜裂伤行急诊手术修复;外伤障依晶体混浊程度而决定治疗方案;球内异物在确定异物的性质及准确定位后,尽早取出等。[结果]大部分患者视力有不同程度的改善。[结论]爆炸性眼外伤应根据其损害部位、性质、程度及范围采取不同的处理方法才能取得较好疗效。[ Objective] To investigate the therapy of explosive ocular trauma inside the coal mine. [ Methods] A total of 116 patients （ 188 eyes） were treated separately based on the type and the grade of the trauma. The lacerations of the lids were surgically repaired; the foreign bodies on the conjunctiva surface were removed ; patients with hyphema were placed at bed and treated with drugs; the lacerations of cornea and sclera were repaired in an emergency ; the traumatic cataracts were treated separately based on the opacity of the lens ; the intraocular foreign bodies were removed as soon as possible after been identified and localized. [ Results ] After different therapy, most of the patients obtain a progress of eye sight. [ Conclusion] The ocular trauma inside of the coal mine should be treated based on the type, character, grade and the area of the trauma to receive a satisfaction effect.
