准分子激光联合羊膜与自体角膜缘移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价准分子激光联合羊膜移植与自体角膜缘移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法复发性翼状胬肉患者46例54眼。行准分子激光联合羊膜移植与自体角膜缘移植。术后随访10m～22m，观察翼状胬肉复发率。结果在52例复发性翼状胬肉中，只有4例（4／52，7．69％）胬肉再复发。结论准分子激光联合羊膜移植与自体角膜缘移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉安全有效。Objective To evaluate the effects of amniotic membrane transplantation versus limbal autograft transplantation with excimer laser for the treatment of recurrent pterygium. Methods 54 eyes of 46 patients with recreant pterygium. They were treated by amniotic membrane transplantation versus limbal autograft transplantation with excimer laser. Recurrent rate was observed during the 10 to 22 follow-up time. Results Only four of 52 eyes showed recurrence in recurrent pterygium. Conclusions Amniotic membrane transplantation versus limbal autografl transplantation with excimer laser is an effective surgery for recurrent pterygium.
