摘　　要：就基因工程菌高密度发酵工艺的几个主要影响因素,包括重组菌构建、培养条件、生长抑制因子以及它们的控制技术等因素进行了综述;分析了这些因素对目的蛋白表达的影响;介绍了基因工程菌高密度发酵领域的一些研究进展。High cell density culture could sufficiently increase the expression of heterologous protein.The major influencing factors of high cell density culture were summarized including recombinant strains construction, culture conditions, growth inhibitor and their control technology. The effects of all these factors on protein expression were analyzed. And research advances in high cell density culture of genetic engineering bacteria were introduced.
