牛磺酸对雄性大鼠生殖激素分泌水平的影响

摘　　要：通过给Wistar雄性大鼠饮用添加不同水平牛磺酸和β-丙氨酸(牛磺酸转运抑制剂)的自来水,研究了牛磺酸对雄性大鼠促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素、雌二醇和睾酮4种生殖激素分泌水平的影响。结果表明:牛磺酸可明显促进雄性大鼠促卵泡生成素、促黄体生成素和睾酮的分泌(P<0.05),而对雌二醇的分泌则没有明显影响(P>0.05)。Taurine was an abundant sulfur-containing amino acid found in all tissue types, The highest concentration of taurine was found in germen and germ cell, which indicated that taurine was in contacted with reproduction, The effects of taurine on the secretion of FSH, LH, T and E2 were investigated by adding different dose of taurine and β-alanine to drinking water for Wistar male rat, The results showed that taurine could stimulate the secretion of FSH, LH, T and E2 obviously （P〈0.05）, but had no effect on the secretion of E2 （P〉0.05）.
