神经妥乐平肌内注射治疗神经源性疼痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察神经妥乐平肌内注射治疗神经源性疼痛的疗效。方法:20例神经源性疼痛患者,以神经妥乐平3.6 U/次,肌内注射,2次/d,连续14 d为1疗程,记录治疗前后患者VAS评分以及不良反应。结果:所有患者治疗14 d后VAS评分较治疗前明显降低;伴随症状改善明显,未出现明显不良反应。结论:神经妥乐平注射治疗神经源性疼痛有效、安全、简便。Objectives： To assess the management of neuropathic pain using neurotropin by intramuscular injection. Methods： 40 patients with neuropathic pain were randomly divided into two groups. The control group only adminatrated with Celebrex at dosage of 0.2 g twice daily, and the trial group receiving nerotropnin at dosage of 3.6 U by intramuscular injection twice daily, the course of treatment both were 14 days. Results： The value of VAS decreased significantly after administration compared with pretreatment in all of the patients, and their simultaneous phenomenon improved markedly without apparent adverse reactions. Conclusion： The results suggest that it is effective, safe and convenient on the management of neuropathic pain using neurotropin by intramuscular injection.
