悬吊埋线法治疗内痔的临床研究

摘　　要：为了观察悬吊埋线法治疗内痔的有效性和优越性，将60例内痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组应用悬吊埋线法治疗，对照组应用常规的痔结扎切除术（Milligan-Morgan术，M-M术）。观察手术操作时间、术中出血量、术后出血量、疼痛指数、肛门水肿发生率、住院时间、术后便血停止时间、术后半年随访结果等手术疗效指标。结果显示，观察组手术操作时间、术中出血量、术后出血量、疼痛指数、肛门水肿发生率、住院时间、术后便血停止时间显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），术后半年治愈率两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果表明，悬吊埋线法能有效治疗内痔，并在手术相关指标上优于M-M术。The objective of the study was to investigate the effectiveness and advantages of suspension thread buried therapy in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids. Sixty patients were divided randomly into two groups,patients in the trial group underwent suspension ＆ thread buried operation,while patients in the control group underwent Milligan-Morgan（M-M） operation. The indexes of therapeutic effect included duration of operation time,intraoperative blood loss, postoperative blood loss, pain index, incidence of anal edema,hospital stay time,postoperative hematochezia-lasted time and postoperative results of follow up in 6-month. As results, such indexes in the trial group as intraoperative manipulation time, intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative bleeding volume, pain index, incidence of anal edema, time of hospital stay and postoperative hematochezia were better than that in the control group（ P〈0.05） ,and postoperative 6 -month cure rate in the two groups ＆ thread buried therapy is feasible M-M operation in some therapeutic had no statistic significance（ P〉0. 05）. It is concluded that suspension ＆ effective in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids and is superior to indexes.
