摘 要:本文通过回顾二语基本目标水平的研究历程以及二语磨蚀与终极水平相关关系的研究成果,对比分析了基于二语习得和磨蚀所制定基本目标水平的异同,并得出了如下结论:1)二语习得与磨蚀互为逆过程。随着二语使用的减少,二语磨蚀随之出现;2)二语磨蚀与磨蚀前的终极水平呈显著性负相关;3)磨蚀前的终极水平间存在一个明显的分界线,这一分界线上下的学习者,其二语磨蚀的差别非常大;4)二语习得的基本目标水平应在现有的基础上提高一个级别,即提高到ALTE上的B2级、FSI和ILR的三级(S3或Level3)或ACTFL上的优秀级(Superior)。In this paper we reviewed the researches on the basic target levels of second language acquisition, as well as the correlation between the attrition and the final achievements prior to attrition. In addition, the basic target levels yielded by second language acquisition and attrition were compared,and the following conclusions were obtained: 1)Second language acquisition and attrition are inverse processes. Attrition occurs for lack of us. 2) There is an inverse correlation between attrition and the final achievements prior to attrition. 3)A threshold, above which much less attrition occurs,lies on the scale of the final achievements, and 4)The basic target levels for second language acquisition should be raised one more grade upward, that is, to B2 of ALTE, S3 of FSI, Level 3 of ILR, and Superior of ACTFL.
