摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌组织中环氧合酶(COX)-2及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)-C的表达变化及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测58例鼻咽癌组织和10例正常鼻咽黏膜组织中COX-2及VEGF-C的表达,分析其与淋巴结转移的关系。结果鼻咽癌组织中COX-2、VEGF-C的阳性表达率分别为65.5%(38/58)、77.5%(45/58),显著高于正常鼻咽黏膜组织的10%(1/10)、10%(1/10),P均<0.05;COX-2、VEGF-C的表达与鼻咽癌的淋巴结转移及分化程度相关,P均<0.05;鼻咽癌中COX-2、VEGF-C的表达呈正相关,r=0.491,P<0.01。结论鼻咽癌中COX-2、VEGF-C表达均增高,二者共同促进鼻咽癌的淋巴结转移。[-Objective] To study the expression and significance of cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） and vascular endothelial growth factor C（VEGF-C）in nasopharyngeal cancer （NPC）. [Method] The expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C in 58 NPC tissues and 10 normal nasopharyngeal tissues were evaluated by immunohistochemical analysis. [Results] The positive rate of COX-2 and VEGF-C in NPC tissues was 65.5 % （38/58） and 77.5% （45/ 58 ）respectively, which was significantly higher than that in normal nasopharyngeal （10%, 10%, P 〈 0. 05 respectively）. The expressions of both COX-2 and VEGF-C were correlated with differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05）. There was a positive correlation between the expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C（ r =0. 491, P 〈 0.01）. [Conclusion] COX-2 and VEGF-C expressions are increased in NPC,they may play an importent role in lymphnode metastasis of NPC.
