摘 要:为了满足跨企业协作对动态、异构、分布资源共享的需求,给出了网格制造的内涵、定义与试图解决的问题。论述了网格制造与传统的支持跨企业协作的相关技术(如电子商务、网络化制造、Web Services)的区别与联系,分析了传统的支持跨企业协作技术的局限性,得出网格制造在处理动态瞬时制造资源共享方面具有其他技术不可比拟的优势的结论。提出了一个基于Web服务资源框架的网格制造结构体系,指出网格制造的研究主要集中在该结构体系中的资源层和应用层,详细讨论了资源层的制造资源建模与封装,以及应用层的数据共享、设备共享和协同问题的求解,归纳了相关的技术。To meet the demands of cross-enterprises collaboration including sharing of dynamic, heterogeneous and distributed manufacturing resources, the meaning, definition, connotations and problems needed to be solved in grid manufacturing were submitted. The differences and relationships between grid manufacturing and other related technologies to support cross-enterprises collaboration like e-commerce, networked manufacturing and Web Services (WS) were outlined. Limitations of traditional technologies on cross-enterprises collaboration were yielded. The study revealed that grid manufacturing was able to provide transient service to share dynamic and transient manufacturing resources and distinguished itself from other Web technologies. An architecture of grid manufacturing based on WS-Resource Framework (WSRF) was proposed and the core research issues should be focused on resource layer and application layer. Manufacturing resources modeling and encapsulating on resource layer and solutions to problems of date sharing, equipment sharing and collaborative in application layer were discussed in detail, and related technologies were also summarized.
