摘　　要：大学生在特定的文化环境和传统中塑造自身的人格,大学生健全人格的塑造在很大程度上与校园文化有密切关系。校园亚文化日益侵袭校园主文化的领地,成为大学生人格塑造的重要因素之一。随着多元文化时代的到来,积极引导校园亚文化的健康发展已成为刻不容缓的课题。College students mould their self-personality in certain cultural environment and tradition, which has close relationship with campus culture. Sub campus culture gradually occupies the field of major campus culture and has become an important factor of the mould of college students＇ personality. With the coming of multi-culture, actively direct the healthy development of sub-culture has become an urgent subject.
