摘　　要：该监控系统将玉米工业化生产高硒酵母的主要生产线集中管理,便于监测和控制,可以提高生产效率,节省人力和物力,使整个生产线清晰显示,集中管理。同时使用计算机控制可以达到更高的精度,使生产有序进行,提高产品质量,增加经济效益。Product monitor and control would be convenient by centralization of the major product line of the leaven factory. As a result, efficiency would be improved and manpower and material resources would be saved. Through appliance of the monitor system every product line can be showed definitely and the leaven factory can be managed uniformly. Meanwhile, computer control application achieves much higher sensitivity, more smooth procedure, better product quality, and larger benefits.
