摘　　要：心理咨询是高等学校心理健康教育工作中一项非常重要的内容。随着在校大学生人数的不断增加以及院系管理机制的进一步完善,在以学校专门机构为核心的工作框架中,建立一支院系兼职心理咨询员队伍,已成为一种迫切的需要。文章着重探讨了兼职心理咨询人员的资质认定标准及管理规范、兼职心理咨询人员的组织形式与在三级心理保健机制中的角色认定以及怎样最大化地发挥院系兼职心理咨询人员的角色优势等问题。Psychological consultation is very important in the work of mental health education in universities. With the continuous increase of the number of college students and the further improvement of the management mechanism in the faculty, It is urgent to establish a part-time counseling team in the faculty regarding the specialized agencies as the core in the framework. The article focused on the questions of part-time counselors in the faculty such as the qualifying standard, the standardized administration, organization, cognizance and how to play the maximizing role in the three-tier mechanism.
