摘　　要：针对药学院实验室管理的现状,就如何利用现有资源、充分发挥实验室的特殊作用,提出了实验室开放式实验教学管理的几点设想。通过开放实验室,给学生提供较大的自由思维空间,提高学生的创新意识和实践能力。Some idiographic methods on how to improve the management of open laboratory teaching are introduced, which was based on current situation of the practice in our pharmaceutical laboratory of Pharmacy School in Shihezi University. The significances of the open laboratory teaching on the reform of pharmaceutical experiments teaching are also discussed.
