热带假丝酵母处理红麻亚铵法制浆废液的研究

摘　　要：以红麻亚铵法制浆废液为原料,对热带假丝酵母菌的培养条件进行了研究,结果表明:在原废液浓度9°Be、pH 6.0、发酵温度30℃、接种量10%、发酵时间48h、摇床转速140 r/min、摇瓶装液量50mL/250mL的优化条件下,菌体干重可以达到7.874g.L-1,原废液COD cr下降33%左右,为红麻亚铵法制浆废液资源化利用和降低排放量提供了新的途径。The treatment conditions of Candida tropical in ammonium sulfite pulping spent liquor of kenaf were studied. The results indicate that optimal parameters were as follows ： the concentration of spent liquor 9°Be, pH 6.0, temperature 30℃C, the dosage of inoculation 10% , the rotating speed 140rmp and the dosage of bottle 50mL/ 250mL. Under the optimal parameters, the production of Candida tropical was 7. 874g· L^-1 and the removal of CODcr was about 33%. It is a new way to treat ammonium sulfite pulping spent liquor of kenaf and reduce the pollution.
