摘　　要：介绍了常用的质量改进方法和流程,使用其排列图和因果分析图两种方法对影响活塞杆质量的因素进行了分析和统计,提出了改进零件加工质量的方案。并针对质量缺陷进行了具体的分析,找出了产生质量问题的原因,提出了相应的改善措施及方法。In this paper a new method for quality management and its process are put forward, analysis on and statistics of the factors affecting the quality of the bar have been done using the two methods of topology map and causal analysis map, then a program for improving the quality of the processing components is proposed. And the quality defects have been analyzed in detail, the causes of quality problems have been found out, thus the corresponding improvement methods have been put forward.
