摘　　要：目的:通过与新药研究的比较,确定并完善评价供试保健品对胃黏膜损伤的辅助保护功能的试验方法。方法:以活谓素胶囊为例,通过乙醇诱发大鼠急性胃黏膜损伤;乙酸诱发大鼠慢性胃黏膜损伤;消炎痛诱发大鼠胃黏膜损伤3种试验模型,进行试验方法学研究。结果:采用改进的模型和评价方法进行研究,活谓素胶囊连续给药对胃黏膜损伤有明确的保护作用。结论:经改进后的动物模型和评价方法,可以更客观准确地评价保健品对胃黏膜损伤的辅助保护作用。OBJECT By comparing with new drug studies, to define and improve the method for assessment of assisting protection of gastric mucosa function. METHODS Experimental methods were studied on three animal models, e.g. rat＇s acute gastric ulcer induced by absolute ethanol, rat＇ s chronic gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid and rat＇ s gastric ulcer induced by indomethacin. RESULTS By using improved assessment methods, huoweisu capsule were proved to protect gastric mucosa function significantly. CONCLUSION The function of health food can be evaluated by using the improved animal models and methods.
