p27在宫颈鳞癌放疗前后的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:研究p27在宫颈鳞癌放疗前后的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测48例宫颈鳞癌放疗前后标本和30例正常宫颈组织中p27蛋白表达情况。结果:p27在正常宫颈组织和宫颈鳞癌组织中的高表达率分别为93%(28/30)、21%(10/48),正常宫颈组织p27的高表达率明显高于宫颈鳞癌组织,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。宫颈鳞癌中Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级的p27高表达分别为63%(5/8)、20%(3/15)和8%(2/25),p27高表达率I级明显高于II级和III级,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。宫颈鳞癌中Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期p27高表达分别为57%(4/7)、19%(5/26)和7%(1/15),p27高表达率Ⅰ期明显高于Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。p27在放疗前宫颈组织和放疗后宫颈组织中的高表达率分别为21%(10/48)、52%(25/48),p27在放疗后宫颈组织中的高表达率明显高于放疗前,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:p27与宫颈癌的发生发展程度有关,放疗可一定程度上回复部分宫颈鳞癌患者高表达p27,为此,检测放疗前后p27的表达可作为判断预后的参考指标。Objective：To investigate the expression of p27 and its clinical significance in cervical squamous cell carcinoma patients before and after treated with radiotherapy. Methods：The streptavidin-peroxidase conjugated immunohistochemical staining （s-p method） was used to examine the expression of p27 in 30 samples from normal cervical epithelium and 48 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix before and after treated with radiotherapy. Results： The high expression rate of p27 in cervical carcinoma tissues was 93% （28/30）, and that in normal cervical tissues was 21% （10/48）. The former was obviously lower than the latter （P〈0.05）.The high expression rate of p27 protein in grade Ⅰ （63%） was significant higher than that in grade Ⅱ （20%） and Ⅲ （8%） （P〈0.05）, and that in stage Ⅰ （57%） was significant higher than that in stage Ⅱ （19%）, Ⅲ and Ⅳ（7%） （P〈0.05）. The high expression rate of p27 protein in cervical carcinoma tissues before and after treated with radiotherapy was 21%（10/48） and 52%（25/ 48）, respectively. The latter was significant higher than the former（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The expression of p27 protein may be related to the onset and progress of cervical cancer, and radiotherapy can partially increase the expression of p27, so detection of p27 protein expression before and after treatment with radiotherapy maybe one of valuable markers to assess the prognosis of the patients with cervical carcinoma.
