摘　　要：目的：建立油含量的化学检测方法,并对聚醚类抗生素发酵液中的残油含量进行检测。方法：油水解为脂肪酸后与Cu^2＋离子反应生成蓝色的油酸铜,用比色法检测油酸铜的量,并计算发酵液中残油的量。检测波长为715nm。结果：该方法的线性范围0.4-2.0mg/ml,回归系数为R^2=0.9999,平均RSD为0.466%,回收率在96.88-102.33%之间,以油和水制成的指示管,平均相对误差为-0.17%。结论：该方法线性、重复性和回收率良好,检测灵敏度高,可作为聚醚类抗生素发酵过程中残油指标的检测。Objective： To establish a colorimetry for the determination of oil in the broth of the polyether antibiotics fermentation.Method： The oleic acid which the oil was hydrolyzed into react with Cu^2＋,and the cupric oleate was found.Calculation of oil content was performed by detection of the cupric oleate content at 715nm.Results：The calibrated linear curve was in the range of 0.4～2.0mg·ml^-1（R^2=0.9999）,RSD was less than 0.50%,recovery rate was 96.88～102.33%,average relatively error of five test is-0.17%.Conculsion：The linear ,reproducible and sensitive were confirmed.
