摘　　要：目的探讨成人小脑髓母细胞瘤的MRI表现及其诊断价值。资料与方法对7例经手术病理证实的成人小脑髓母细胞瘤的MRI表现特征进行回顾性分析。结果7例(7个)病灶均位于小脑半球,大部分表现为边界不清的混杂信号,肿瘤实性部分与小脑灰质比较,T1WI为略低信号,T2WI为等或稍高信号,囊变部分表现为长T1长T2信号影,肿瘤平均大小为4.1cm×4.7cm×5.3cm,病灶周围水肿不明显,多有脑积水表现。增强扫描肿瘤实性部分不同程度强化。结论成人小脑髓母细胞瘤的MRI表现有一定的特征性,仔细分析可做出较明确的诊断并能够与其他小脑肿瘤相鉴别。Objective To discuss the MR findings and its diagnostic value in cerebellar medulloblastoma in adults. Materials and Methods MR findings of 7 patients with cerebellar medulloblastoma in adults confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results All lesions were located in the cerebellar hemisphere. Most lesions typically showed slight hyperor isointensity signal on T2W and slight hypointensity signal on TtW compared with normal gray matter of the cerebellum. The cystic and necrotic area showed long T1 and long T2 signal. The average size was 4. 1cm×4.7cm×5.3cm without edema. The solid masses were enhanced at different extent. Conclusion Cerebellar medulloblastomas in adults have some characteristic MR features, correct diagnosis and differential diagnosis can be made by analyzing MRI features.
