正常人脊柱T_(5～12)节段性血管的解剖学及影像学研究

摘　　要：目的:观察脊柱T5～12节段性血管的解剖走行并测量相关解剖学参数。方法:解剖组共10例正常成人尸体标本,观察节段性血管的解剖走行,测量T5～12各节段左侧或右侧椎间孔出口沿椎体表面至主动脉同侧血管壁的长度,以此代表相应节段性血管的长度,分别记为SL和SR,并计算SR/SL值。影像组共30例正常脊柱患者T5～12的CT平扫片,测量T5～12各节段左侧或右侧椎间孔出口沿椎体表面至与椎体表面垂线相切的主动脉同侧血管壁的长度,以此代表相应节段性血管的长度,分别记为SL和SR,并计算SR/SL值。结果:从T5～12,两组的SR/SL比值均有逐渐减小的趋势,解剖组各节段SR/SL平均值与影像组CT片各节段SR/SL平均值相比之差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CT片可测两侧节段性血管的长度,并可作为前路手术处理该血管的解剖学依据。Objective：To observe the anatomical characteristics of segmental vessels and collect anatomical parameters.Methods： Ten normal adult cadavers were selected randomly in the anatomical study. To observe the ana- tomical characteristics of segmental vessels in various segments. The distance from the left or right intervertebral foramen to the ipsilateral edge of aorta （st or SR ）, which represent the length of left or right segmental vessel., were measured. The value of SR/SL was calculated. Thirty patients without any spinal deformity adopted the thoracic CT scan. The transverse CT images provided the distance from the left or right intervertebral foramen to the ipsilateral edge of aorta （St or SR）,which represent the length of left or right segmental vessel.The value of SR/St was recorded. Restilts：The SR/St value decreased steadily from Ts to T12 of the spine in all two groups. No significant difference were found between anatomical group and the image group with respect to SR/St （ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions： The length of segmental vessels could be measured in CT images, and the measurements could be used in dealing with segmental vessels by anterior approach.
