摘  要:萝卜芥蓝异源四倍体(Raphanobrassica,RRCC,2n=36)与埃塞俄比亚芥(Brassica carinata,BBCC,2n=34)正反交,结果表明:萝卜芥蓝异源四倍体×埃塞俄比亚芥可交配率为7.3%,反交为64.6%。正反交F1植株均呈双亲中间形态,体细胞染色体数目为35,花粉母细胞减数分裂染色体主要配构型为10Ⅱ+15Ⅰ。62个F2植株和22个与埃塞俄比亚芥的回交植株的形态为中间类型、偏萝卜芥蓝异源四倍体或偏萝卜。AFLP检测到F2和BC1植株均含有大量双亲特异片段,聚类分析表明,这些植株独立于亲本种聚成一组。Reciprocal crosses were made between artificially synthesized amphidiploid Raphanobrassica ( RRCC, 2n = 36) and B. carinata, Crossability percentage of Brassica carinata × Raphanobrassica was 64.1% but only 7.3% for the reciprocal cross. All F1 plants were morphologically intermediate to their parents and had 2n = 35 as expected. The chromosomes mainly paired as 10Ⅱ + 15 Ⅰ in pollen mother cells. Among 62 F2 plants and 22 BC1 plants after backcrossing to B. carinata, some were intermediate to the original parents, others were more like Raphanobrassica. The parental genome specific AFLP bands were detected in all F2 and BC1 plants studied. Cluster analysis suggested that these F2 and BC1 plants were separated from their parental group, and had a similar genetic background.
