摘　　要：在简要介绍我国科技人才队伍的发展现状和趋势的基础上,通过统计数据,从不同的角度深入讨论我国科技人才队伍的结构现状和发展趋势,并与发达国家的情况进行对比,分析存在的问题和产生问题的原因,提出相应的政策建议。The paper indroduces the present situations and tendencies of human recourses of science and technology in China is. Its structures is analyzed by abundant statistic data from several aspects. Through comparing with the structures situations in some developed countries, the problems existing in our countries and the reasons behind these problems are analyzed. Finally, the policies and suggestions are brought forward for solving them.
