摘　　要：分析企业自主创新及其体系的慨念和特征,从技术来源和技术创新战略的角度构建企业自主创新体系的结构模型,在此基础上提出企业自主创新的模式,并通过自主创新模式决策过程,指出自主创新组合的路径,最后,提出企业实施自主创新战略的主要措施。The paper analyzes the concept and features of the enterprises＇ autonomous innovation and system, constructing the structure model of the autonomous innovation system of an enterprise from both technical resources and technical innovation strategy. On this basis, the paper proposes the combined innovation model and points out the way of autonomous innovation combination through analysis of strategic decision process of autonomous innovation model. Finally, the main measures to implement enterprises＇ autonomous innovation strategy are given.
