韩国基于STW的促进高职生就业模式述评

摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,韩国在职业教育改革中推行了从学校到工作过渡的政策,其内容和经验有:激励学生有更高的目标追求;提供能反映企业需求并与国家技术资格证书相联接的教育计划;职业院校建立职业生涯咨询制度;促进校企合作等。该政策实施过程中需要政府的大力支持,也需要终身学习理念的引领。Korea has been boosting the policy of from school to work in vocational education reform since 1990s, and its contents and experiences include： encourage students to seek higher objectives; provide students with the education project which reflect enterprise＇s demand and connect with national technical qualification certificate; build professional career counselling system in vocational school; foster cooperation of school with enterprise. The implementation of the policy need huge support from government and the guidance of lifelong learning view.
