摘  要:目的了解广东省鼠疫疫源地8株耶尔森氏菌的生物学特性及与鼠疫菌的免疫原性关系。方法采用生长特性、糖醇酵解、毒力因子、药敏、动物试验和免疫原性血清学等试验。结果试验菌株菌落圆形光滑,G-短杆菌,22℃有动力3、7℃无动力;生化试验6株菌与标准株基本一致,2株菌有偏差;8株菌均对氯霉素、痢特灵、舒普深、环丙沙星、先锋噻肟、庆大霉素敏感;2株菌为VW+株,3株为VW±株,VW+及VW±株对小白鼠有致病性;8株菌均与小肠结肠炎菌0:3血清型的抗血清呈强凝集反应,与鼠疫菌、假结核菌的抗血清不凝集;每株菌免疫血清进行鼠疫IHA试验均阴性。结论8株菌为小肠结肠炎菌0:3血清型,其中6株为典型菌株,2株为非典型菌株,血清学上与鼠疫菌、假结核菌无免疫原性交叉反应。Objective To understand the biological characteristics of 8 strains of Yersinia and its relationship with the immunogenicity of Yersinia pestis in plague focus in Guangdong Province. Methods The growth features, alditol fermentation, virulent factors, remedy sensitive test, animal test and immunogenicity serum test were conducted and the results analyzed. Results The bacteria were gram negative short rod, giving rise to round and smooth colonies, and showing motility at 22℃ but not at 37℃. The results of biochemical tests of 6 strains showed that they were almost the same as Y. enterocolitica standard swain. All the stralm were sensitive to chloromycetin, furazolidone, sulperazone, ciprofloxacin, cefotaxime, gentamycin. VW^+ and VW^± were pathogenic to little wifite mouse. The 8 strains agglutinated with Y. enterocolitica 0:3 serum type, but did not agglutinated with anti - Y. pestis serum,anti - Y. pseudotubercolosis. The immune serum of each strains did not agglutinated with diagmstic reagent of plague IHA. Conclusion The 8 strains belong to Y. enterocolitica O:3 serotype and there is no cross immunogenic relationship between Y. pestis and Y. pseudotubercolosis.
