白内障前房灌注式与超乳术的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的观察白内障前房灌注式8mm隧道切口无缝线ECCE手术的疗效。方法140例白内障病人(158眼)行前房灌注式8mm隧道切口无缝线ECCE联合硬性人工晶体植入术,与同期随机抽取的140例(160眼)超声乳化联合硬性人工晶体植入术相比,观察两组手术后第一天与术后一个月视力以及视力满意度、术中并发症。结果两组患者术后第一天与术后一个月的视力满意度均无显著性差异。术中各主要并发症的发生率差异也无显著性。结论前房灌注式8mm隧道切口无缝线ECCE联合硬性人工晶体植入术能取得与超声乳化术近似的手术效果,经济实用,值得推广。Objective To observe the effect of anterior chamber perfusion extraction cataract extracapsularia （ECCE） through 8mm sclera ttmnel sutureless incision. Methods Anterior chamber perfusion extraction cataract extracapsularia through 8mm sclera tunnel sutureless incision and intraocular lens implantation was performed in 140 cases （158 eyes） of cataract, compared with pha- coemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in 140 cases （160 eyes）, and the vision , patents＇ satisfaction degree and operative complications between the two groups were obseved one day and a month after operation. Results There no significant statistical differences were observed between the two groups in terms of satisfaction degree and operative complication. Conclusion The effect of anterior chamber peffusion extraction cataract extracapsularia through 8mm sclera ttmnel sutureless incision and intraocular lens implantation is similar to phaeoemulsification, the former is economic and practical, worthwhile to be popularized.
