摘　　要：中小企业是社会经济生活的重要组成部分,但融资难一直制约着其进一步的发展。本文针对中小企业贷款比重偏低、融资渠道单一和融资关系不佳的状况,提出要利用创业板为中小企业的融资提供场所和退出渠道,从而促进中小企业的充分发展。Small business is an important part of social economy, but its difficult financing always restricts their further development. From the problems of low proportion of successful loans and the simple financing channel, the paper presents that small business should make use of the second board market to obtain enough financing support.
