摘　　要：早期胃肠黏膜修复主要通过伤缘残留上皮快速迁移来完成黏膜重建过程。三叶肽家族在维护胃肠道黏膜的完整性和损伤后修复方面起重要作用。迄今,三叶肽在胃肠黏膜重建中所起的作用尚未完全阐明。此文就胃肠黏膜重建和三叶肽在该领域中作用的研究进展作一综述。Mucosal restitution is an early repair process which can begin within minutes and is achieved via the migration of neighbouring cells into the wounded area. TFF （trefoil factor family） peptides are well known for their protective and healing effects after mucosal damage . Up to now, the contributions of the TFF during the different steps of mucosal restitution is not clear. A review of research progression of mucosal restitution and biological effect of TFF in this field goes as follows.
