环氧化酶-2促进妇科肿瘤浸润转移的研究进展

摘　　要：妇科肿瘤是女性高发肿瘤之一,其浸润和转移是导致患者预后不良的主要原因。环氧化酶-2的表达在肿瘤浸润和转移中起重要作用,非甾体类消炎药和环氧化酶-2选择性抑制剂可有效抑制肿瘤浸润和转移。妇科肿瘤中环氧化酶-2的表达及其调控的进一步研究,将从新的角度揭示妇科肿瘤浸润转移的机理,为妇科肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供理论依据。该文主要综述环氧化酶-2在促进妇科肿瘤浸润转移方面的研究进展。Gynecologic neoplasms are the most common tumors of the females and most poor prognoses are due to invasiveness and metastasis of the malignancy. The subtype of cyclooxygenase（ COX）, cyclooxygenase-2（ COX-2）, plays an important role in invasiveness and metastases of malignant tumor, while non -steroidal anti -inflammatory drugs and cyclooxygenase-2 selective inhibitors can suppress the invasiveness and metastases of malignant tumor effectively. Further research on expression and modulation of （COX-2） in gynecologic neoplasm could reveal mechanism of invasiveness and metastasis of the malignant tumors from new angles so as to provide a theoretical basis for diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic neoplasms. The article reviewed progress in research on mechanisms that COX-2 promotes invasiveness and metastasis of gynecologic malignant tumors.
