摘 要:在FTP测量中,阴影和条纹断裂会影响到正确三维面形的恢复,本文采用两帧条纹来避免阴影对物体面形恢复的影响。提出利用调制度信息来确定从两帧条纹图中恢复的高度图像的拼接区域,并用最小二乘法进行拼接的方法。既避免了阴影对测量的影响,增大了FTP的测量范围,又提高了测量精度。通过实验验证,此方法能有效性地重建具有陡峭变化物体的三维面形。The measurement precision of FTP will be decreased because of the shadow and the discontinuousness included in fringes. Emplying the reconstructs from the bi - view fringes of the measured object, the correct 3D height distribution can be obtained. We present a method based on modulation information to confirm valid regions in the reconstructed height maps restored from bi - view fringes, and mosaic the reconstructed height to obtain the correct usrface of the measured object by the least - squares method. Its advantage is not only enlarging the measurecment range of FrP but also improving the measurement precision by avoiding the influence of shadow in fringe. Experiments have been carried out to prove that the 3D object with steep variation can be reconstructed using this method.
