摘　　要：目的探讨陆军部队战士适应障碍的发病、病因、临床表现及转归和防治。方法采用心理问卷量表EPQ、SCL-90、SAS、SDS筛选与临床检诊相结合的办法,以CCMD-3为诊断标准,对符合适应障碍者逐例分析病因,表现,并就地进行心理治疗,适当辅以药物治疗,在治疗后复测SCL-90、SAS、SDS。结果适应障碍在新老战士中患病率为11.5%,病因新老战士各不相同,但与性格特征以及对生活事件的评估应对方式有关,临床表现主要以抑郁、焦虑与两者混合为主,经3个月完成治疗的86例患者80例治愈,4例显效,2例好转,治疗后SCL-90中的躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子分及SAS、SDS,明显低于治疗前。结论适应障碍是当前部队心理障碍的主要表现形式,及时发现并给予心理治疗,适当辅以药物治疗,疗效良好。Objective To explore the incidence,pathogeny, clinical manifestation, prognosis, prevention and treatment of the adaptability disorder in the land force soldiers. Methods The soldiers were investigated by the mental questionares inclnding EPQ , SCL-90 SAS and SDS combined with clinical interview and examination. The soldiers with adaptability disorder were screened out according to CCMD-3 standard. The pathogeny and clinical manifestations of adaptability disorder were analysed. The soldiers with adaptability disorder received psychological and medicine treatment on the spot. The soldier with adaptability disorder were tested again by SCL-90, SAS, SDS after the treatment. Results The incidence of adaptability disorder in the land force soldiers is 11. 5%. The pathogeny of adaptability disorder in the new soldiers was different from that in the old soldiers. Its pathogeny was related to their temperament characteristics and the way to deal with routine matters in all the soldiers. The clinical manifestations mainly in cluded depression,or anxiety, and both the depression and anxiety. Of 86 soldiers with adaptability disorder, 80 were cured, 4 significantly improved and 2 on the mend 3 months after the treatment. The scores of somatization, obsession, relation with people,depression, anxiety and phobia in SCL-90 were significantly lower after the treatment than that before the treatment. Conclusions The adaptability disorder is the primary form of mental disorders＂ in the army. If the adaptability disorder can be diagnosed as and treated by psychology and medicine in time, the curative effect will be good.
