摘  要:目的:研究兔正常角膜及损伤后角膜中MMP-9的表达,探讨其与角膜新生血管的关系。方法:将45只健康新西兰大白兔随机取5只,为正常对照组,余40只作角膜缝线,建立角膜新生血管动物模型,用免疫组化和图像分析研究MMP-9的平均积分光密度(MMP-9IOD)微血管计数。结果:在术后不同时间点,MMP-9IOD,微血管计数间有高度相关性(r=0.7260)。结论:MMP-9表达与角膜新生血管的形成与退化平行。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase- 9 on normal and suturing cornea and the increasing corneal neovasculariation. Methods: In total of 45 Newzealand rabbits, 5 were randomly assigned to control group and 40 were assigned to CRNV model group which were induced by suturing cornea. Immunohisto chemistry analysis and computerized image analysis were used to determine the expression of romp- 9 IOD and microvessels counting. Results: mmp- 9 IOD and microvessd had highly correlation(r = 0.7260) at the differeut time ofter operation. Conclusion:The expression of MMP - 9 are parallel with the formation and degeneration of CRNN.
