摘　　要：目的:早期乳腺癌以往是行根治术,近来主张保乳手术。方法:行保留乳房手术45例,同期辅助化疗、放射治疗。结果:除1例小叶癌16个月复发外,其余5年无局部复发及远处转移。肿块≤2.0cm No、Nla者行保留乳房手术。肿块大于2.0cm小于4.0cm行Auchincloss术。结论:因手术要兼顾乳房的美容效果及尽可能的切除肿瘤。乳腺癌可有多元灶,即使局部复发再行根治术仍可有满意疗效。小叶癌极易复发,慎行保乳房手术。Objective： We used to make a radical operation early stage of carcinoma of the breast. At present the conservative operation of the breast cancer has been conducted. Methods： Forty- five cases in the report, 15 cases were conducted the operation for remaining the breast, 30 cases were conducted the operation of Auchin-closs, at the same time the chemotherapy and radiotherapy were followed. Results： Except a case of carcinoma of lobule breast relapsed 16 months later, the rest cases did not relapse and metastasis in 5 years If the tumor is less than 2.0 cm or equal to 2.0 cm, No and Nla patients would be performed the operation for remaining the breast. If the tumor is more than 2.0cmor less - than 4.0cm, the patients will be promised the operation of Auchincloss. Conclusions： It is possible that the breast cancer has several focus of infection, but the radical operation still achieve a good curative result after local .relapse. The conservative operation should be conduct cautiously because the carcinoma of the lobule breast relapses easily.
