摘　　要：目的:探讨肌纤维母细胞瘤的临床病理及免疫组化特征。方法:对5例肌纤维母细胞瘤进行组织病理学,免疫组化研究,结合文献资料分析本病临床表现,病理形态及鉴别诊断。结果:组织学由具有平滑肌细胞和纤维母细胞特征的梭形肿瘤细胞,大量慢性炎细胞及黏液血管样背景构成。免疫组化myosin(+)、desmin(+)、Vimentin(+)。结论:肌纤维母细胞瘤是既具有平滑肌细胞特征,又具有纤维母细胞特征的独立性肿瘤。Objective： Explore the clinical pothology and immunohistochemistry feature of myofibroblastoma. Methods： Histopathology and immunohistochemistry study were conducted on 5 myofibroblastoma, and its clinical manifestation, pathological pattens and differential diagnosis were analysed with combination of literature Results： Histology feature was fusiform tumor cells with the characteristic of smooth muscle cells and phoroblast, with the background of chronic inflamation cells and mucus vascular. Immunohistochemistry showed myosin（ ＋ ）, desmin（ ＋ ）, Vimetin（ ＋ ）o Conelusions：Myofibroblastoma is a indenpendent tumor with the feature of smooth muscle cell and phoroblast.
