摘　　要：目的探讨恒前牙脱位再植特点。方法总结分析69颗恒前牙脱位再植的过程及随访结果。结果随访3年存活62颗,其中51颗为牙周膜愈合,并有25颗根尖开放者恢复牙髓活力,伴有牙槽骨骨折者易发生牙根吸收。结论恒前牙外伤脱位再植效果好,脱位时间及损伤程度是影响再植牙成功的主要因素。Aim To explore the characteristics of replantation of luxated permanent front teeth. Methods The replantation process of 69 luxated permanent front teeth and the follow-up results were analysed. Results 62 teeth existed for three years including 51 teeth of periodontal heeling, and 25 teeth of open apex restored pulp vitality. But the luxation of teeth accompanied with fracture of alveolar process tended to have root resorption. Conclusion The effects of replantation of luxated permanent front teeth are good. Time of luxation and injury degree are main factors affecting the replantation of teeth.
