摘　　要：2005年底大庆石化分公司的100kt/a醋酸装置停产,与其配套的80kt/a的乙醛装置开始闲置,其他乙醛氧化法生产醋酸的几家公司也步履维艰,造价昂贵的乙醛装置何去何从,成为亟待解决的问题。文中探讨了乙醛下游产品的现状和开发前景,为生产乙醛及其衍生物行业的同行提供参考。The 100 kt/a Acetic Acid plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company was stopped operation at the end of 2005, it's corollary 80 kt/a Acetaldehyde Plant became idle, other companies which produce acetic acid with acetaldehyde oxidation process have been also in difficult position, how to treat the costly Acetaldehyde Plant is an immediate problem to be solved. The present status and development prospect of the products downstream of acetaldehyde are discussed in this article, and this will provide a reference for the peers in the Industry of acetaldehyde and it's derivatives.
