摘　　要：通过对加压过滤机脱水性能的研究得出:加压过滤机置换脱水和滤饼含水量饱和度的计算方法以及滤饼饱和度与压强的关系,它对滤饼脱水方法的确定、脱水过程动力消耗的计算、合理的脱水参数的确定及综合经济评价都有十分重要的意义。With the study to the dehydrating performance of press filter, the paper deduces the method for calculating the replacement dehydration of press filter, the saturation of water content of filtered cake and the relationship between the saturation of filtered cake and the pressure, which possesses important sense for determining the method for dehydrating the filtered cake, calculating the energy consumption in the course of dehydration, determining the reasonable dehydrating parameter, and synthetical economical appraisement.
