摘　　要：目的研究Twist在人肝癌细胞系HepG2和人正常肝细胞系L02中的表达及其作用。方法利用荧光定量PCR技术及免疫印迹法分别检测TwistmRNA及Twist蛋白在人肝癌细胞系HepG2及人正常肝细胞系L02中表达的差异。结果HepG2细胞的TwistmRNA表达水平为L02的2.36倍(P<0.05),蛋白水平为(3.13±0.21)倍(P<0.05)。结论Twist在肝癌细胞系中的过高表达可能与肝癌的发生、发展有关。Objective To study the differential expression of Twist gene in human hepatoma cell line HepG2 and human hepatic cell line L02. Methods By using real time PCR and Western blotting, the expression of Twist mRNA and protein in HepG2 and L02 was detected respectively. Results The expression of Twist mRNA in HepG2 was 1.36 fold higher than that in L02, and that of Twist protein in HepG2 was（3.13 ± 0. 21）fold higher than that in L02. Conclusion The overexpression of Twist in hepatic cancer cell line might be related to the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma.
