论物流式定点药店在健康保险中的重要作用

摘　　要：物流式定点药店的提出,可以将医疗保险领域参保群体药品使用收归到医疗保险承保机构。同时,在我国《保险法》限制保险公司投资医疗领域的背景下,也可以借鉴物流式定点药店的模式,开办适宜的药品配送机制,并在大型诊疗设备领域与有关医疗器械公司联盟,建立医疗设备共享中心,使物流式定点药店在给参保人员带来实惠的同时,对社会医疗保险、健康保险、药品生产向良性健康发展起到良好的推动作用。The application of the logistic pharmacy concept can put medicine use of the insured of health insurance plans under the scrutiny of insurers. This paper made an analysis on the operational mechanism in depth and suggested that under current restriction to invest into medical fields by the Insurance Law, insurers can learn from the model of logistic pharmacies to initiate an appropriate medicine delivery mechanism and cooperate with relevant businesses in provision of large-sized medical appliances to establish a medical appliances center for mutual use.
