摘　　要：市场化的发展,对成人高等教育管理提出了更高的要求。而效益低下是我国成人高等教育面临的一大难题,为此,必须树立效益意识,运用效益原则,加强管理,从效益原理的内涵、必要性、存在问题入手进行分析,提出相关的策略性要求。The development of market makes higher requests to adult higher education management. The low benefit is a difficult problem to which our adult higher education management faces. So having the consciousness of benefit theory is very necessary. This paper analyzes the connotation, necessity and problems of benefit theory, and then tries to put a few countermeasures for it.
