摘  要:在封盖发育期,分别将中华蜜蜂和意大利蜜蜂封盖子放入24℃环境中24~144h后,再恢复到正常的发育温度35℃。发现羽化后的蜜蜂翅脉发生明显变异,已初步发现8类翅脉增加的变异。这项发现对蜜蜂种质资源鉴定,蜜蜂的系统发育和进化生物学等领域的研究将具有重要影响。The sealed broods of Apis cerana cerane and Apis mellifera ligustica were treated at 24℃ for 24 to 144 h, and then put at 35℃ until emergence. Significant mutations were observed in forewing vein of honeybee as lower developed temperature. Eight sites were primarily found where new vein increase. These results were very meaningful for the identification of the honeybee species and subspecies and for the theory of the honeybee evolution and the honeybee phylogeny.
