摘　　要：本文从信息孤岛产生的原因,阐述信息孤岛现象对信息共享的影响。探讨通过强化信息资源共享意识、信息整合过程中的标准化、构建先进的网络体系结构等措施,逐步消除已存在的信息孤岛,控制新的信息孤岛的产生,加速实现医学信息资源的共享。From the formation reasons of information island, the effects on the resources sharing by phenomenon of information island is discussed. By the strength the consciousness of resources sharing, the standardization of integrated information and set up the advanced web structures, the information islands existed will be eliminated ,the new islands will be controlled ,the medical information resources sharing should be realized.
