摘　　要：熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)是一种存在于人胆汁中的游离胆汁酸,为天然亲水二羟胆盐,临床上用于治疗多种肝胆疾病,如原发性胆汁性肝硬化、胆固醇结石、胆囊炎、胆管炎、慢性活动性肝炎及胆汁淤积性肝病等。近年发现UDCA和结肠肿瘤的关系密切,本文综述UDCA对防治结肠肿瘤作用的研究进展。Ursodeoxycholic acid（UDCA） is a kind of free bile acid distributed in human bile. It is a nature hydrophilic dihydric bile salt. In clinic it is used to treat hepatobiliary disease, such as primary biliary cirrhosis, cholecysititis, cholangitis, chronic active hepatitis, cholestatic liver disease. Recently researches find that UDCA is related with colonic tumor. This article reviews the recent development of UDCA in preventing colonic tumor.
