摘  要:目的探讨MCM5和E2F-2在乳腺癌组织中的表达及意义。方法用免疫组织化学SP方法对长沙市第一医院自2003年11月至2006年11月手术诊断的71例乳腺癌组织与20例正常乳腺组织中MCM5和E2F-2基因蛋白进行检测,分析其表达情况。结果MCM5、E2F-2在乳腺癌与正常组织中皆有表达,且乳腺癌组的表达明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。MCM5表达和E2F-2表达呈正相关(相关系数r=0.256P=0.031)。MCM5表达与乳腺癌组织分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。E2F-2与临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论MCM5和E2F-2的表达与乳腺癌的发生、发展有关,可能成为新的乳腺癌肿瘤增生标志物。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of MCM5 and E2F-2 genes in the development of breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to detect the expression of MCM5 and E2F-2 genes in tissues from 71 cases of breast cancer and 20 normal controls. Result There was positive expression of MCM5 and E2F-2 gene in breast cancer and normal tissues,and the former was significantly higher than the later. MCM5 expression was obversely correlated with that of E2F-2 in breast cancer (r=0.256 P=0.031 ). Correlation was found within the expression of MCM5 and the characteristics of breast cancer i.e clinical stage, tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05). Correlation was also found within the expression of E2F-2 and tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis(P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of MCM5 and E2F-2 gene may contribute to the development and progression of breast cancer.They may be new markers of breast of cancer cells.
