摘　　要：目的探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)与脑膜瘤瘤周水肿(MPE)的相关关系。方法用免疫组化法检测脑膜瘤内VEGF的表达,MPE程度在术前三个月内的MR/CT片上测定,采用水肿指数(EI)表示,对VEGF表达进行计算机图像分析,并进行VEGF与MPE的相关性分析。结果VEGF的表达和肿瘤的MPE之间存在显著的相关性。结论VEGF在脑膜瘤瘤周水肿的形成上起着重要作用。[Objective]To explore whether extent of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） expression in meningioma associates with peritumoral edema of meningioma （MPE）. [Methods] All meningioma tissue samples were obtained from patients of RenJin Hospital. Expression of VEGF was tested by immunohistochemical method and computer image analysis. MPE was measured by MR/CT within three months before the operation, and indicated by edema index （EI）. VEGF and MPE were analyzed. [Results]There was statistically significant correlation between expression of VEGF and MPE. [Conclusion]VEGF plays an important role in the formation of MPE.
