摘　　要：选取了上海和深圳证券交易所上市的全部A股上市公司1995-2004年报共9655个样本作为研究对象。采用了25个国内外专家学者广泛使用的指标作为初始指标,利用多元统计方法中的相关分析和主成分分析方法,经过筛选指标后,构建一个包括5个方面共14个指标的财务指标体系。为研究上市公司综合竞争力评价提供了一种更为客观的评价基础。This paper takes all of the listed companies on Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange as the subject investigated. 25 extensive used finance index by scholars of home and abroad as initial index, screen sizing the index by correlation analysis and principal component analysis, a finance index system contain 5 aspects 14 index was established. A more objective evaluation system for competence comprehensive evaluation of listed company was provided.
